This, plus the surfactants foam boosting properties makes it a great choice in shampoo, body wash and 2-in-2 conditioning shampoos. Activity: This surfactant is approximately 30% active in water. Dose rate: Typically used at between 5-30%. Solubility: Water. Formulating Tips: It is best practice to combine different surfactant technology into a formula - hair or skincare so as to achieve a better cleansing action while keeping the formula as mild and gentle as possible.
