| Glyceryl Stearate Citrate Emulsifying Wax | This emulsifier is anionic in nature and as such is a useful secondary emulsifier in a cream or lotion. It is not impossible that this could be used as the only emulsifier but in most cases it will need to be paired with a non-ionic emulsifier or gelling agent to allow a more stable emulsion to be formed.
