| Glyceryl Stearate Citrate Emulsifying Wax | This emulsifier is anionic in nature and as such is a useful secondary emulsifier in a cream or lotion. It is not impossible that this could be used as the only emulsifier but in most cases it will need to be paired with a non-ionic emulsifier or gelling agent to allow a more stable emulsion to be formed. | Malic Acid | Malic Acid Food Grade in 25kg Bag. MALIC ACID, is an organic acid found in many fruits. It can be used as a processing aid, and flavouring agent, and is known for its antimicrobial properties. MALIC ACID is used in many beverages and essences as a replacement for citric acid. This is due to a number of factors, namely the acidic taste can be achieved using less malic acid than would be needed with citric acid.
