| Cocoamidopropyl Betaine | Application: This is an amphoteric surfactant which means it acts as both anionic (cleansing) and cationic (conditioning) depending on the pH and concentration of the product. This, plus the surfactants foam boosting properties makes it a great choice in shampoo, body wash and 2-in-2 conditioning shampoos. Activity: This surfactant is approximately 30% active in water. Dose rate: Typically used at between 5-30%. Solubility: Water. | Decyl Glucoside | Glucoside surfactants are also known as sugar surfactants. They are good foaming, solubilising and wetting agents and are well suited to skin cleansing formulations where they are often used as tertiary surfactants (blended with anionic and amphoterics). While glucosides can be used in shampoos and hair formulations, their use at high levels is not recommended as their chemistry means they tend to tangle and dry the hair. As glucosides are produced by a polymerisation reaction they don't have an exact chemistry (chain length) so Decyl, Caprylyl/Capryl and Coco Glucoside cross over in their properties. | Equate® | Equate ® is an herbicide that can be used pre or post-emergence on weeds. It is absorbed by the roots and foliage of susceptible weeds and translocated. Equate ® can be used pre or post-emergence on weeds. When applied pre-emergence, susceptible weeds might emerge but growth will be retarded and the weeds will either die or remain stunted and will not compete with the crop. Adequate soil moisture is important for optimum activity. When applied post-emergence of the weeds, they will either die or remain stunted and will not compete with the crop. | Vitis® | Vitis ® is an insecticide for the control of Leafrollers on avocados and grapes. Vitis ® has translaminar activity but is not systemic, therefore thorough coverage is essential. After application, Vitis ® quickly moves into young leaves from where it is taken up by the feeding Leafrollers. Vitis ® takes about 4 days to achieve maximum control. Note: DO NOT apply if rainfall is expected before spray would have dried, as reduced efficacy may result. The addition of a non-ionic surfactant is required in all uses.
