Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate (Bulk) Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate is often used as a primary (main) surfactant in high foaming, cost effective bubble baths, cleansers and shampoos. Being highly effective it is also used in household cleaning solutions where grease and dirt removal is paramount. Activity Level: 30%. Formulating tips: Like most surfactants this is heat tolerant. This can be blended with non-ionic or amphoteric surfactants for improved performance and mildness on the skin and hair. It is a milder alternative to Sodium Lauryl Sulfate and can be thickened with salt. Use Level: 5-50% as supplied approx. Group: Surfactants. Alternative Names: Aqua, Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone. EINECS: 231-791-2, 218-793-9,247-500-7,220-239-6. Hyaluronic Acid 1% Liquid (Bulk) Hyaluronic Acid occurs naturally in the body and generally decreases with age. In the skin it exists in the epidermis and keeps the skin hydrated and supple due to its high water retention ability. As we age our production naturally decreases and we begin to notice alterations in our skin such as wrinkling or dry skin. A product containing Hyaluronic Acid would be beneficial for mature or dry skin to help restore smoothness and elasticity of the skin. Please note that there are two main sources of Hyaluronic acid the first being animal extracted (from Rooster Combs typically) and the second being bacterial fermentation. Our material is from bacterial fermentation using glucose that is corn derived to create the hyaluronic acid in a biofermentation process. The product is still classified as natural and used in natural and organic cosmetic manufacturing. Our Liquid is at 1% active for ease of addition into your finished skin care as an alternative to the powder for ease of manufacturing - the powder can be difficult to hydrate as it tends to form clumps if it isn't mixed at high speed. Use between 1-100% of the ingredient to give a Hyaluronic acid content in your product of 0.01-1%. Hyaluronic acid is highly effective as a humectant (water binding agent) so it isn't necessary to use a high percentage if you don't want to. The ingredient can be used directly on the skin if required. Group: Active. Alternative Names: Aqua, Sodium Hyaluronate, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin. EINECS: 231-791-2, 618-620-0, 204-589-7, 408-080-2. CAS No. 7732-18-5, 9067-32-7, 122-99-6, 70445-33-9. Pack Sizes: 100ml; 500ml; 1KG; 5KG; 20KG and above upon request. Product ID: RMAASODIHYAL. Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (Bulk) Form: Powder/Flake. Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate is an anionic surfactant derived from coconut fatty acid and sustainable palm that are used in many cosmetic and personal care products. In particular, Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate is used in the preparation of skin cleansing products such as soaps and washes as well as in shampoos and other hair cleansing products. By helping water to mix with oil and dirt, this surfactant is great at rinsing dirt away from the skin and hair leaving both feeling fresh and clean. Activity Level: Minimum of 85% surfactant solids with up to 15% free fatty acids and some residual water. Material Origin: A reaction between Coconut Fatty Acid and Sodium Isethionate. Sodium Isethinonate is created via a reaction between Sodium Hydroxide (lye), Sodium Bisulfide and Ethylene Oxide. It is made from sustainable palm oil. Applications: Use in skin and hair cleansing preparations. Use Levels: Up to 53% as supplied in rinse off formulations and up to 17% in leave-on. How to use: As this is a dry surfactant it can be blended into a dry formulation such as a dry shampoo, bath bomb, powdered facial cleanser or equivalent or can be added to the water phase of a standard, water based cleansing product (shampoo, shaving product, cleanser etc). Caution: This ingredient has quite a low water solubility so it is far better placed in a creamy shampoo base rather than clear. It is also really well suited to shaving creams, creamy cleansers and other emulsified cleansing solutions. Group: Surfactants. Alternative Names: Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Coconut Acid,Sodium Isethionate,Aqua. EINECS: 263-052-5, 262-978-7,216-343-6,231-791-2. CAS No. 61789-32-0, 61788-47-4,1562-00-1,7732-18-5.
